Horse Bandages Types
This horse bandages is the most common. The raw materials is thin and breathable non-woven fabric with elastic yarn, sprayed with natural rubber. It is the most common style on the market and is sold by various brands. It is affordable and the most sold horse wraps.

When horses need to participate in competitions or performances, the horse bandage can not only serve as horse bandages, but also serve as decorations for horses, making them sparkling and attracting more attention.
How To Produce Cohesive Bandage?
Premium, self-adhering cohesive bandage is made using woven fabric base material, linear elastic yarns and high-quality latex cohesive.
The quality of spraying technology will directly affect whether the bandage is uniform in viscosity, whether it is easy to adhere, and whether the viscosity is stable.
After spraying the glue, the fabric needs to be stored for a few days. After the glue is stable, the large roll of fabric is divided into rolls and divided into the length we want, generally 4.5M in stretched length and 2.2m in unstretched state. It should be noted here that the 4.5m length we usually mark refers to the stretched length.
Some customers may wonder why the length is not 4.5M when they receive the horse wraps bandages, so we must make it clear that 4.5m is the length after stretching.
After the roll is divided, the horse bandage wrap needs to be sent for cutting and cut into the width we need.
For example, the common sizes for vet wraps are 1inch, 2inch, 3inch, 4inch and 6inch.
For horse vet wrap polular sizes are 7.5cm x 4.5m and 10cm x 4.5m.
After cutting, quality inspection is required to check whether the viscosity of this batch of goods is stable, whether the length meets the standard, whether the width is accurate, and whether the cut surface is flat and clean.
Only the quality of horse bandage wraps inspection is qualified, the next step-packing will begin.
Commenly pack is 1 roll/bag. Then packed in color box, and finally in outer box.
If requires independent color box packaging, it is also possible.
We support paper color box, plastic color box, Blister that can be hung in supermarkets and other packaging.
After the packaging is completed, the quality inspection should be carried out to check whether the horse wrap quantity is good, like the color box printing, the size, etc. are completed according to the customer’s requirements.
Above is the complete production process for a cohesive bandage. If there is special require like need make no chew hose vet wrap or horse glitter vet wrap, there are several more steps.
Usually the production time for orders of cohesive bandage with stock fabrics is 15-20 days. If customization is required, it may start with printing fabrics, so the entire production cycle takes about 30-35 days.
