Raw material inspection: Strictly inspect each batch of raw materials, including appearance, size, performance, etc. We will establish raw material inspection standards and processes to ensure that unqualified raw materials are not put into production. Each inspection report will be archived for future reference.
Storage management: Properly store raw materials to avoid moisture, heat, pollution, etc. Establish a raw material inventory management system to regularly check the quality and expiration date of raw materials.
Production process control
Formulate production process standards: clarify the production process and key control points of self-adhesive bandages, and formulate detailed production process standards and operating procedures. Ensure the consistency and stability of the production process.
Equipment maintenance: Regularly maintain the production equipment to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Establish equipment maintenance records to promptly discover and solve equipment failures.
