User One:
This is a big hole. 2 inches. It fits an OmniPod perfectly. Depends on what kind of infusion set you use. We used mio with Medtronic and these would definitely not fit.
User Two: Stick well and helps protect my omnipod
I was using the clear patches and I knocked a couple off, so wanted something that held a little tighter. These work well. The saddle strap helps hold them secure, makes it much easier now to sleep without as much worry about knocking the pod loose. l still have some pain after rolling around on it all night. I’m a real tosser and turner and rolling on the pod pushes the cannula around making the stomach a little sorer, but at least it stays attached. I use skin tack with it as well, it sticks very well. I often lose a little skin when removing it, but these have been far above the rest for holding. I do wish they made these in a clear. The patch is pretty large. I’ve had no problems using in the shower, only problem of any kind is that I work in the Texas heat and serious sweating can cause them to wrinkle a bit and I usually just reseal with skin tac.
User Three: Great way to keep your pod on especially in summer heat
It’s helpful to only remove one side of paper backing, place it around the pod than slowly remove the other side of the backing. It’s so sticky that it sticks to your fingers and hard to get it on properly if you take the whole backing off before placement around pod.
